Before we can move forward, we need to understand where we are.

La Via Prima is a 90-day experience designed to help you explore what you’re facing, what feels uncertain, what may be changing, and what matters most now.

This isn’t about being handed a list of answers or being told what you should do. It’s about creating the space to slow down, look honestly at where you are, and uncover the path that feels true to you.

Over six sessions, we explore the decisions, transitions, patterns, questions, or possibilities in front of you — while building greater clarity, trust, ownership, genuine confidence, and partnership along the way.

Your 90-Day Journey

La Via Prima includes six private sessions over 90 days.

Your experience may take place through conversation alone or may include experiences in partnership with horses. Because every journey is different, the structure is personalized around what you are facing and how you want to experience the work.

Pricing varies based on whether your journey includes horses, the number of equine-guided sessions included, and the location and structure of those experiences. Together, we determine the experience that best supports your journey before you begin.

What Happens After 90 Days?

Sometimes 90 days is enough to find the path. Sometimes there is more to explore. If additional time in La Via Prima would be helpful, your experience can continue.

Or, when you feel clear about the path you want to take, you may move into La Via Chiara — Live the Path.

La Via Chiara is about what comes next: integrating what you discovered, making aligned decisions, navigating what changes along the way, and continuing to live into the path you chose.

You may arrive with a specific decision in front of you, be facing a transition or challenge, know something needs to change but aren’t sure how, or simply feel like the path you’re on no longer feels like yours. La Via Lucia is designed for individuals who are appropriate for a coaching and experiential personal-development environment. When horses are included, they participate as partners in a facilitated, experiential coaching process. Equine-guided experiences are non-riding and are intended to support reflection, awareness, communication, decision-making, and personal growth. If at any point your needs appear to fall outside the scope of La Via Lucia, I may recommend that you seek support from an appropriately licensed professional before beginning or continuing the experience.
